Tender chicken breasts- marinated in lemon and lime zest and juice, garden fresh herbs and olive oil- and served with a light and refreshing salad of perfectly crisp green and yellow wax beans, peas, garbanzo beans, edamame, shallots, lemon and olive oil. Or make it vegetarian, and we'll swap out the chicken with tofu!
