Creamy Butternut Squash and Apple Soup (V, GF)

A fall favorite, this is a rich and satisfying soup!  Butternut squash, roasted and then simmered in vegetable stock with sautéed onions and warming spices and finished with heavy cream. This soup is gluten free.

Ingredients: Butternut squash, butter, onions, heavy cream, chicken stock, ground ginger, cardamom, cinnamon, allspice, maple syrup, salt and pepper
