What's New in 2018?

What's New in 2018?

Happy New Year!!  I hope all of you had a restful and joyous holiday season, and are starting 2018 with renewed energy and determination to make this year the best yet.  Personally, I have resolved to travel more, Facebook less, be more present, be more patient, exercise a little, sleep a lot, learn how to operate standard technology, give more, complain less and just generally be awesome.  Easy peasy, right?

As I prepare to get back in the kitchen (finally!), I am looking for your help to guide me in the right direction.  Do you want to see more comfort food classics to get you through these frigid days and nights?  Or are you looking to incorporate more healthy eating in your diet and long to see meals packed with vegetables and lean meats?  Give me a shout and let me know how I can serve you better this year- I promise I always do my best to accommodate special requests and new ideas.  Here's to a year full of eating well with less stress, spending more time with family, taking care of ourselves and enjoying life to the fullest!
